I’m currently on day 8 after rhinoplasty, and what I actually wanted was to bring the nasal tip forward and reduce the nostril width. But the director said that if the nasal tip is brought out too much, it would look like a feminine nose, and that instead, if silicone or fascia were used to slightly raise the nasal bridge, the nasal starting point would move up and look more masculine. Since I felt resistant to silicone, I had fascia placed and a nasal tip support strut done. But far from the starting point of the nasal bridge moving up, my glabellar nasal bridge wasn’t even that low originally, yet the area between my eyebrows protrudes more forward now and has become like an Avatar nose. Also, the foreign-body sensation is extremely severe, and it looks very obvious, almost as much as silicone. And maybe because of swelling, my nose is extremely upturned…
