In this, the person in the fourth photo and the person in photo 13 have different moles, and the mole on the nasal bridge, the mole under the nose, the shape of the philtrum, and the shape of the columella are all different too. It makes no sense for the columella to get shorter after removal. Only the fourth photo looks like a different person, what is this?
