Day 2 after cheekbone, jaw, and nose surgery

The weather was really nice on Liberation Day. I couldn't even go out, and I spent the day lying down just imagining how my face might change, then sitting up with a pillow propped behind me... That's how it went. I think I went to consultations at around 30 clinics before deciding on a hospital. I kept thinking it would have been nice if I had found this community earlier... By the end, I even thought I could give consultations myself ㅡ,.ㅡ Through a friend of a friend and more connections, I managed to get some contacts in the plastic surgery department of a large general hospital, and I tried hard to find out which hospitals are genuinely recognized in the academic world (or is it the society?). With my personality, I felt like I needed to confirm things like that to feel at ease ㅡㅡ:; First, I arrived at 8 on the first day, and when I came to, it was 5. Is it normally cold when you wake up like that? Anyway, after deciding on such a huge reconstruction, I even wanted to run away when I was lying on the operating table, but the pain is less than I expected. I normally don't swell much, so I think the swelling is less too, but it's only been two days, so I'm not sure yet... I have to go back to work in the last week of August, so I hope at least the bruising goes down by then. The director said, "The procedures seem to have gone well as desired, so if you keep coming to the hospital and receive proper care, you should be fine." But why did I suddenly get choked up? ㅡ,.ㅡ It's not like he was the one who had surgery because he was in pain ^^ Anyway, I'll watch it for a few more days, check it in the mirror and see how it improves, then post more.
