I’m getting through each sweltering day, looking forward to this long heat turning into a cool breeze if we just wait a little longer,,,,, It’s hot, so did everyone have a good vacation? I still haven’t gone on vacation this summer and am just like this^^* It’s now been a little over twenty days since surgery, so I’m leaving a simple review,,,,,, First, for swelling, there is still a little residual swelling around the jaw, but not to the point that it looks bad,,,, Thanks to that, since my face is naturally the type that looks very thin,,, it even has the effect of making me look a bit younger^^ As for the cheekbones, the swelling went down completely a long time ago, but that doesn’t mean the cheekbones disappeared flatly; rather, it feels three-dimensional,,, like those large cheekbones moved inward on the face and are now positioned there very small,,,, Maybe because of that, people say my face width looks narrower and my face looks slimmer^^ For the jaw, there is still some residual swelling, so my side profile looks slim, but from the front it doesn’t look very slim yet,,, I’m waiting, thinking I’ll see more effect once time passes and the swelling goes down completely^^ The scalp scar is now at the stage where the scabs that had formed on the surgical area are falling off,,, My older sister looked at the area of the scalp scar and said she can see a red line,,, She said that once time passes and the color returns, the scar probably won’t be very noticeable,,, And now maybe some hair loss is starting, because more hair than usual is falling out when I wash it,,,, I have a lot of hair and my hair roots are on the healthy side,,, so I’m not worried about hair loss at all,,, because once time passes it will all grow back~~~ And the hairs that were cut at the incision area during surgery are growing out in little spikes, so it feels strange when I touch it^^ For eating, I can gently chew while avoiding hard foods,, but I’m somewhat cautious, so I’m mainly eating soft foods, trying to postpone chewing as much as possible,,, Daily life seems possible from about one week afterward,,, A little over ten days after surgery, I asked my niece, who didn’t know I had surgery, “Auntie had surgery, how does it look?” and she said she couldn’t really tell,,,, Of course, that makes sense, because all this time I covered the sides near my ears like curtains and hid things with makeup, so probably only my husband had seen my original cheekbones lol I showed her realistic pre-op photos and told her to compare, and she was surprised, saying, “Auntie, were your cheekbones really this much?” and then said I’ve finally become human haha Anyway, facial contouring seems like a major surgery, but I don’t think it’s as scary as expected,,, My older sister, who watched this whole process of mine, is also scheduled for surgery. She says she doesn’t want to be the only one in the family growing cheekbones lol,,, My sister’s chin tip is a bit long, so she’s thinking she’d like to have the chin tip done too,,,, If my sister has surgery soon, I’ll post her review too,,,,, Many people are interested in surgery through a scalp incision and have been sending me lots of messages,,,,,,, I’m trying to come here every day and reply,,,, but since people have been curious and asking how things are going these days, I’m leaving this post,,, I’ll write again as time passes,,, Everyone, take care of your health in this heat^^*
