It's already been 8 days since surgery...

I got a lot of help from this community... and it's already the 8th day since I went through with surgery.... lol I had made up my mind back in April too, but because of fear about the surgery and side effects... I gave up and bought a Hiko, thinking I should at least try something... I used it for two months... but it was useless.^^;; So this time I really made up my mind... and went through with surgery. The doctor said my nose had every condition: bulbous, slightly crooked, the nasal bridge slightly protruding, short and low... anyway, that's how he described my nose... I didn't even know my nose was crooked... maybe because I'd never taken a straight-on photo... Anyway... if I changed even the nasal tip, the money would be one thing, but I felt like I would lose my own nose... so I had the simplest surgery. I used silicone for the nasal bridge, and Gore-Tex for the nasal tip for later. I thought if I used ear cartilage... it might make things difficult if I ever needed surgery later. haha The day of surgery... The day before, I really kept thinking I didn't want to go and that I shouldn't do it, but before I knew it, my body was on the operating table...ㅡ,.ㅡ They disinfected my face, cleaned my nose, trimmed my nose hairs, and I waited for the doctor... That took about 30 minutes... Maybe because it was a simple surgery... from anesthesia to surgery, it really took about 30 minutes. He did it quickly and accurately without saying anything. I had braced myself for the pain of anesthesia... so I endured it well without making a sound. Those who are going to do it, make sure you prepare yourself mentally... Then it's okay... I got about 8 frantic anesthetic injections... The work of making a pathway in the nose really feels like something no human should have to do... I think they were separating the bone and skin because of the space where the silicone would go in.... my head was jolting around... thud thud thud... I guess only I could hear the sound... but why was it so unbearable... Anyway, they made the pathway and put something into my nose.... and that's how my surgery ended. When I got up and looked in the mirror, my nose was swollen, so I couldn't tell what was what.... At the place where I had it done, they put on a protector... Except for how itchy it was because it was stuck right on my oily T-zone... I think it's much better than taping... lol I... didn't have much swelling, no bruising, and it didn't hurt much... Anyway, that was how it was... After removing it yesterday... maybe because of the swelling, my original nose was crooked... but the silicone stood straight.... I'll know once the swelling goes down later... well.. The doctor also said soft silicone doesn't hold its shape easily, so after removing the tape they usually help it settle into position... but mine settled well on its own... He touched it a bit and said so.. lol Anyway... from the first day, I went out for walks of over 30 minutes regularly... did ice packs from time to time... slept straight on my back... and drank a lot of pumpkin water... I think walking helped a lot.. Maybe the doctor placed the silicone well... After 3 days... even when I lowered my head, I didn't feel any pulling or pressure... If you really don't get greedy... and think of it as just improving the weaknesses of your own nose... I think nose surgery is okay. My low glabella was my biggest weakness... and I like that it connects well with my forehead now.. From the front, nothing has changed, but... Now I'm just hoping inflammation doesn't happen... Those preparing for surgery.. I think local anesthesia causes less swelling... fear only lasts a moment... so be brave and do it confidently... Everyone, become prettier^^
