My nasal bones were very wide to the sides, and there was a bone protruding on the bridge of my nose... ...I really had no nasal tip. So they shaved down the bone, put 2 mm of silicone in the nasal bridge.. and used Medpor for columellar support.. They put 3-4 mm of AlloDerm in the nasal tip. My blood vessels are thin, so they kept bursting whenever I got injections, so I couldn’t even get an IV.. and the anesthesia wore off way too quickly.. It was really painful~. So I do want to raise the nasal tip just a little more.. But compared to my original nose, I think it was really a success^^ Considering what was possible with my nose, I think it was on the successful side.... The first photo is before surgery.. The rest are photos from day 10 now.. Even if I look haggard.. please understand~*^^*
