Think a lot before getting nose surgery~(Review)

It has now been almost 6 months since my surgery. I had surgery at ㅅㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, Sinsa-dong, after a recommendation from an older acquaintance~ They shaved down my hump, put silicone in my nasal bridge, and raised my nasal tip.. I had it done under general anesthesia with an open approach for about 3.3 million won. I clearly told the doctor not to make my nose too high.. I asked for it to look natural and not too obvious.. (From the start, I liked the height of my nasal bridge and only planned to shave down the hump..) I don't know if the doctor got too ambitious, but this is completely;; Even at 6 months, people make a fuss about how high it is whenever they see only my nose.. But I really wanted it to be unnoticeable.. Some people sometimes say, half-joking and half-serious, that I had it done.. My original nasal bridge was already on the high side before shaving the hump, so when I first had surgery, a friend saw me and said my glabella area was extremely high, but the swelling between the eyes really did go down as time passed. After about 3-4 months, I think it became more natural. What stressed me out most right after surgery was the swelling, and the next source of stress was the open-approach scar. There is an open-approach scar under my nose, and according to the doctor, it would fade in about a week and completely disappear in about 1-3 months. But maybe I have an unusual constitution; even at 6 months, it is still faintly there (of course, you can barely see it). For the whole 6 months, I regretted having surgery with the open approach. And my recent concern is the silicone...... Maybe because I put silicone in, my nose looks unusually greasy under certain lighting, and I can see a shape like ㅣㅣ.. This is really stressful.. I really felt the urge to take the silicone out.. It looks okay from the side, but from the front, this ㅣㅣ is really unsightly.. On top of that, one side of my nose has the hump shaved down well and is straight, but on the opposite side, maybe it wasn't shaved enough.. It's been 6 months, so there shouldn't be swelling, but I can see a slight hump protruding..(It is much better than before, though) Still, because greed is greed, it bothers me that it wasn't perfect in one go.. On top of that, my nose has become a little long.. Ugh.. It seems to look a bit longer than my old nose.. Those doing hump correction or nose surgery, be careful that you don't end up with a long nose. But if the nasal tip is lifted too much, it becomes a piggy nose, so be careful about that too.. Of course, I feel very satisfied that the hump is gone after surgery, but every time people compliment me and say my nose is pretty, I feel burdened.. The nasal tip is hard, so I'm honestly scared someone might touch it.. My nose bends well to the side, but I can't make a piggy nose.. (For reference, my friend said Gore-Tex? allows a piggy nose..) I think the emotional distress after surgery is really as bad as before surgery.. But if I have surgery again, it would cost several million won.. So I guess I should live satisfied while looking at a nose that's still better than before.. For those whose nose isn't ugly but want surgery because they want to become prettier, I really want to tell you not to do it. If you do it, small things in everyday life become genuinely inconvenient.. Starting with touching your nose, blowing your nose.. I worry when my nose turns red, I worry about the silicone showing through.. Sometimes if I sleep while pressing my nose wrong, I wake up with my nose numb and painful.. The open-approach scar also really doesn't go away..(I tried Contractubex and Cica-Care, but they had no effect.. Really, time was the medicine) For reference, those suffering because of an open-approach scar, try BB cream. BB cream was made by dermatology clinics, and they say it has skin-regenerating properties. It also covers well.. After using BB cream, I could see the scar gradually becoming lighter.. The conclusion is, if you're going to have surgery, research thoroughly and have it done beautifully, and if you really don't have any dissatisfaction, don't do it^^
