I’m a man in my late 20s. It’s day 12 after nose surgery.. The swelling and bruising are almost completely gone, so my actual appearance is finally showing now. I had no pain at all after surgery, and no particular swelling either. I had open surgery. (with ear cartilage...) Because my original nose was very low, upturned, and short.. At first, the doctor said this. “I absolutely cannot make it a very sharp, high nose. If we build it up too sharply, there won’t be enough skin that needs to go to the nasal tip. So it will become a slightly feminine nose.” Of course, it turned out exactly as the doctor said. With a slight curve and a little lift at the nasal tip, the nose is very pretty. (They say it’s a feminine nose, but I think it suits a man in its own way.) But one thing I’m disappointed about is... since I was raising it anyway.. I do regret wondering whether it would have been better to make the nasal bridge a bit higher... But as the doctor said... “If the nasal bridge is built too sharply, there won’t be enough skin that needs to go to the nasal tip.. So I’ll build the nasal bridge a little lower.” Well.. I’m sure the doctor did it appropriately. I’ll upload photos next time~
