My original nose wasn’t a very large bulbous nose... anyway, it was moderately? bulbous. I have to have nostril/alar base reduction surgery in 2 months The doctor said they’ll check my progress and then do it Looks like I’ll have to lie down again. Anyway, the length, which I was most dissatisfied with, has been corrected perfectly. The crookedness... still shows in the photos. But it’s much better than before, so I’m satisfied. Since my nose is shorter than before, I look a bit younger ^^ My first surgery was too high and looked artificial (the tip was projected a lot, so my nose looked long. I even heard that my side profile when smiling looked like an old witch. It didn’t suit my face), unnatural, and the nasal axis was crooked. It’s currently day 8 after my revision surgery... I asked for the length to be as short as possible and for the side line/profile to look natural. It’s 2.5 mm silicone, and nasal cartilage and septal cartilage were used. The two photos above are from the first surgery.
