It feels like my cheekbones haven't gone in at all ...

Hello~! I had cheekbone surgery at the end of December.. But the problem is.. it feels like my cheekbones haven't gone in at all. Even when I lift my head and look in the mirror, they look the same. Of course, I can clearly see that the 45-degree cheekbones have been reduced. But the problem is the side cheekbones.. the cheekbones in front of the ears.. is that what I should call them? The width of my face hasn't decreased Only the 45-degree cheekbones have definitely been reduced. I had it done with a minimal incision.. At first, without knowing much, when I slept wearing the compression band and took it off in the morning, my face looked a little slimmer, so I liked it. But as time passed, now it's almost been two months, and it seems the same, so I feel very bad. It doesn't feel slim at all. It's the same... Only, as I said earlier, the 45-degree cheekbones are definitely reduced... The problem is the side cheekbones. And I thought the scar from a minimal incision was about 1 cm, but the scars inside both sides of my mouth are longer than 1 cm.. Could the doctor have mistaken minimal incision for an intraoral incision and done it that way.. Is that possible? For those who had minimal incision, how big are your scars? I think the surgery went well. By 'went well,' I mean there are just no side effects, and it doesn't feel like I had surgery. I run around, and although I should be careful, in daily life there is absolutely no inconvenience from having had surgery. Maybe I took the surgery too lightly.. My mouth still doesn't open as much as before surgery. Um.. I eat well too, and it doesn't feel like I had surgery.. It's good that it went well without side effects, but the problem is my facial width hasn't decreased... I started meeting friends one month after surgery, but not a single one knew I had surgery.. One friend just said I gained fat in my cheeks.. because of the swelling. They think that. I wonder if there is a clinic that can reduce only the side cheekbones... I'm seriously considering revision surgery. Only the 45-degree area went in, so my face looks broad and flat.. I wanted a slim face, but when I touch the bone, the side cheekbones are still the same.
