It was so hard to get a reservation, like trying to get idol concert tickets.. Also, only for the first treatment could I consult with the doctor; after that, I only met them in the procedure room. If I wanted another consultation, I had to go through another fierce ticketing battle months later. So from the second treatment on, the doctor may have forgotten, and I don't think my needs were communicated very well.
