The Sculptra procedure itself wasn’t very uncomfortable, and after it was over I didn’t feel any swelling or awkwardness, so there was absolutely no inconvenience in daily life. At first I was a little worried because I couldn’t feel a change right away, but after about 3 weeks, I started to see the nasolabial area slowly filling in. By around two months, the hollowing when I smiled had noticeably decreased, and the gradual improvement was exactly what I wanted. Since it works by building collagen, it feels like it settles in more as time goes by. I had been bothered for a long time by how prominent my nasolabial folds looked whenever I smiled, and now I finally feel relieved.
