My 1st procedure was thread lifting (permanent filler? I didn’t even know they had put that in, shocking) 2nd was a closed nasal tip surgery with ear cartilage (my first surgery because I had mild contracture + pain + scarring from the threads) 3rd was autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage (the one used last time), and I had nasal tip revision surgery According to the doctor, a clump made up of thread longer than my nasal tip and permanent filler came out of my nasal tip, and he showed me a photo.. Did that really come out of my nose? It was gross.. I’m never going to casually get threads or filler again.. The surgery alone took 3 hours.. My butt cramped up and it was a whole mess My nose is now two months post-op, but I can’t tell if there’s still some swelling or not. When did it fully go down for everyone? And I really like the line but how do you manage blackheads on the nose? I’m going crazy.. If I go to a dermatologist and get machine-based care, that would strain my nose, right? No matter what I try, it just feels like the blackheads are getting darker..
