During my August vacation, I’m planning to have nose surgery. I have a bit of protruding mouth, but doing protruding-mouth surgery feels overwhelming Still, I want to do my nose, so I looked into nose surgery at that famous clinic in Apgujeong, and they had something called a luxury nose. Looking at the photos, it doesn’t make the mouth go in, but it seemed to cover it somewhat, so I’m thinking of doing it, but they said that one must use costal cartilageㅡㅡ.. Is it a waste to use costal cartilage for a first surgery? ....And reading reviews from people who used costal cartilage, they say it’s way too high.. .. I feel stuck. Would ㅋㅇㅁ be better than there?
