I had a maxillofacial augmentation

It has been 3 days Before doing it, there wasn’t much information, so I had a hard time I’m posting this so people who are considering it can use it as even a little reference To start with the result, I’m very satisfied. I had it done with silicone inside my mouth My mouth stuck out a bit, and the area next to my nose was severely sunken I didn’t really have much of a nasolabial fold When I smiled, too many teeth showed, so I couldn’t smile broadly I was bothered by my mouth sticking out, and I didn’t like having anyone next to me somehow.. Lying on the operating table, I thought, do I really have to do this? Then came the sedation anesthesia~ I was drifting off into some strange world But later, when they stitched me with sutures, I felt everything That terrible feeling... The surgery took about 30 minutes, and I lay in the recovery room for about 30 minutes My lips and nose still had the effects of local anesthesia, so they felt numb, but other than the throbbing, it wasn’t very painful But about an hour later, when the anesthesia wore off, it started aching and stinging, and it hurt so much that tears came out But that was solved by taking painkillers. Other people say they swell a lot, that their upper lip gets thin and they look like a monkey, but I only swelled a little on the second day, my upper lip didn’t get thinner, and I didn’t turn into a monkey.. They say there are faces that are meant for maxillofacial augmentation, and I guess mine was one of those cases My nose looks a bit higher, my mouth looks more tucked in, and I guess you could say my mouth line looks more neat... What matters most is that my family says I look 10 years younger;; The one thing I don’t like is that my nostrils did get a bit wider But my nostrils were originally very small, so I don’t really mind Brushing my teeth and eating are difficult I’ve been swallowing bread and noodles gulp gulp For brushing, I’m using mouthwash and a silicone toothbrush for babies, the kind you put on a child’s finger and brush with, gently... Even smiling and talking still feel unnatural In my opinion, people like me who have little facial flesh, no nasolabial folds but a hollowed-out side face, small nostrils and a mouth that looks protruded will definitely see results if they do it...
