After getting massages at a massage shop, trying to do it by myself was really hard.. It's not like I was massaging that carefully, but I thought I had to apply as much pressure as they did at the shop, and when I used force, my arms and shoulders hurt so much.. So at first I pushed with a spray bottle.. but it didn't work that well... Then, meanwhile... an older woman I know who had surgery before me told me to try using a thick book... I happened to have something like a very stiff award certificate case, like a diploma case.. the kind with a somewhat thick cover wrapped in fabric that feels like velvet, so I used that to push on my breasts, and it worked perfectly... hahaha I wondered why I hadn't known earlier.. If I had known from the beginning, I wouldn't have wasted money going to a massage shop... I think using something like a middle or high school graduation album would probably work well too~~
