It's been 3 years since I had surgery with saline... I'm really bothered because I can feel the saline bag in my left breast wrinkling And the texture doesn't seem that good either, so I'm thinking of changing to cohesive gel this time. Is there anyone who was thinking of changing implants like me, or anyone who has changed them? Is cohesive gel better in terms of feel... and is it safe.... If I do it again, will the pain be the same as when I had the first surgery... Please let me know...
