Please tell me whether I need revision surgery

Around April last year, I had chin augmentation for a retruded chin with silicone. Along with dimples.. My retruded chin wasn’t that severe.. But my chin gave a somewhat short impression, and my face looked round, so I had surgery for the retruded chin. During the consultation, they expected about 3 mm, but during surgery they put in 5 mm. But while the swelling hadn’t fully gone down, I didn’t know, and after it all went down, both sides didn’t look symmetrical, and it felt like it was slightly shifted to the left, so I’m considering revision surgery. After the retruded chin surgery, the sides of my chin look like they have grooves connected to the nasolabial folds around my mouth. So it looks even more obvious that I had chin surgery, and it looks unnatural. Recently I lost a lot of facial fat, so it looks even more noticeable. Both sides where I had chin surgery look sunken, and because the photo was taken without makeup, they look darkish. When I went for a revision surgery consultation last year... the doctor said my chin was asymmetric.. Is that right?? --;; To my eyes, the implant looks like it is shifted to the left.. And they recommended fat grafting, saying it would look natural if I had fat injected into the paranasal area and both sides.. I wonder if this is something that can be solved with fat grafting alone. Or... if I need revision surgery.. If it needs to be lowered, I’m curious how much the implant should be lowered. Also, my face has a wide horizontal area, so it looks round.. In this case, can cheekbone surgery make it look slimmer?? Please, I really need advice. I’m upset because my friends say I looked better before getting my chin done.
