Cheekbones + Jaw, 1 Month In

I did it aiming for Chuseok. This is my first time posting. I do drop by from time to time, but the reason I'm posting is because I'm curious whether everyone also has these symptoms. I have exactly 3 side effects. Though it's a bit much to call them side effects, the doctor said it was okay, so I've just accepted it until now. But no matter what posts I read, I couldn't find a case like mine, so I'm leaving this post to hear opinions. 1. Hair loss at the crown This is the most serious. The surgery I had was cheekbone and jaw surgery through a 1 cm incision in front of the ear and an intraoral incision. But hair loss at the crown seemed strange. During surgery, they tied my hair tightly with a yellow rubber band, fixed it at the crown, administered anesthesia, and proceeded with surgery. After the surgery ended, my hair hurt because it was being pulled so much, but I thought it was just normal and endured it. The day after surgery, they removed the yellow rubber band fixed in my hair, removed the blood drain, put on the facial compression band, and I was discharged. I wore the compression band really day and night for a week. Naturally, it irritated the crown area.. you know how the compression band is fixed around the crown. After that, my crown hurt so much that I looked with a mirror, and it was red, in a round shape.. The next day after washing my hair, all the hair in that area fell out. At first, I suspected alopecia areata due to stress. But somehow I think my guess is right. When I went to the hospital and asked, they said they would treat it. But it wasn't really any special treatment. They just wrote a prescription for a liquid medication to apply to the scalp... Before buying and using it, I read the instructions and saw that it was for eczema and skin diseases of the scalp. Eczema on my scalp~ it felt unpleasant, so I'm not using it now. 2. Pain below the lip The chin area. When I apply cosmetics, wipe my face with a tissue, or press the left side of my chin with my hand, it hurts so much. The right side is fine though. 3. Pain in the neck area Especially when turning my neck while lying down, or when pulling my chin downward while standing, so when lowering my head and looking down... the upper part of my neck hurt a lot. It felt like some foreign body inside my neck was pressing and poking into the muscle.. This part too, the doctor said it can naturally happen and that it seemed like the lymph nodes were swollen. I trust what my doctor says. That is why I trusted him with my face and had the surgery.. I'm only posting because I'm curious whether these symptoms I'm experiencing are something only I am going through. Please leave lots of comments~ Honestly, I'm very worried. As a woman, hair can be a way to relieve stress and something you can style as part of looking nice, but because of hair loss, I can't do this or that and just tie it messily. I have tons of baby hairs too.. Please give me advice. Thank you.
