세시미 Ha... I'm also exactly on day 5 today I like alcohol and I'm a heavy smoker too. I really want to smoke... I can somehow hold back on alcohol though. I'm checking tons of posts There are posts saying it opened from day two; it just opened and no inflammation occurred. I get hope from those posts, and then when I read side-effect and inflammation warning posts saying never smoke, I sigh again...
