I had surgery in July, and my columella was originally straight, but now from the inside, one side of the columella is protruding and the other side is sunken in. Of course my nostrils are uneven, and my left nasal septum is protruding so much that it’s blocking my airway. Has anyone had revision surgery in a case like this? ㅠㅠ Mine wasn’t for cosmetic purposes but for rhinitis surgery, so I don’t have silicone in my nasal bridge, and I was told they only raised the tip a little by adding some of my own septal cartilage to the nasal tip. It was done at an ENT clinic, not a plastic surgery clinic. Is revision surgery absolutely necessary? I wonder if there’s a way to fix it separately with correction…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
