The director and consultant were all very kind and cheerful. They explained correcting the hump and raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage in an easy-to-understand way. But they didn't properly explain how it would change afterward, so I'll visit other places for consultations too, and if this place seems okay, I think I'll do it here.
