The director looked extremely tired, and seemed unhappy that I had surgery at another clinic Still, he told me everything about how the surgery could be done. He explained it simply as lowering the silicone, using donated costal cartilage, and that’s it. He said the autologous costal cartilage used previously could not be reused, so I wondered if I had to use donated costal cartilage, but I didn’t want to use donated costal cartilage, so I only got the estimate and left.
