My nose is short, I don't have a nose bridge, and the alae are big too It's an Im Soo-jung nose... before surgery But the doctor said he would raise the bridge 4 mm with silicone and do the tip with Alloderm.......... Because the nose is thick, he also said the cartilage should be tied and, because it's short, the septum would need to be used to lengthen it, but he said he'd lengthen it without using the septum for length after surgery.......it doesn't seem like the nose got any longer at all Can Alloderm be used to lengthen the nose??????????? Ah I'm so annoyed, I got surgery to make the nose longer but only the between-eyebrows area is higher and the nose is still short............ I'll upload photos soon..........
