My nose was originally low, but I only asked them to raise it to the exact same shape as a pretty curved nose, like it had been done before. I guess I wanted that extra 2%. They said the tip would lift a little even with silicone alone, so I went with 3 mm, without any nasal tip cartilage lol Since it was through a relative’s acquaintance, it was originally 800,000 won, but I paid 500,000 won lol I’d had filler twice before, each time paying 500,000 won, and I can’t believe I got nose surgery for this price... They said the nasal tip cartilage alone would be 1.5 million won lol My cousin also had it done, and the nurses had all had it done by that hospital director too, so I felt reassured (at first I hesitated because it was so cheap) Because I got it so cheap, I can’t recommend the hospital lol Since it was through a relative’s acquaintance, they couldn’t really do the surgery without getting paid for labor.. lol;; I had local anesthesia, but I loosened up a bit in the middle so they had to anesthetize me once more The surgery took a whopping 2 hours! They said it’s hard to operate on someone you know because they have to be extra careful.. lol They laid out 7 implants and kept trying them one by one, telling me to say which one I liked if I found one I wanted ㅜㅜ It was scary, with them keep putting them in and taking them out.... I do feel a little disappointed that I bruised up to my eye area, but they also shaved down some of the nasal bone and made the shape into a pretty curved nose, and above all, I’m satisfied that I saw the shape naturally set before the swelling even came in. Of course, the final result still needs a bit more time ㅜㅜ Sigh, but I never want to do this again. It was so scary, especially the nasal bone! ㅜㅜ It feels like I’m going to have a nightmare, ugh I’ll upload photos after I take off the bandage later^^ Wishing everyone great success lol

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
