<Before surgery><After surgery>Hi, I’m one month post-revision, and I’m writing this as a record to look back on later. I had the surgery last month, and I got double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty together. At first I was only going to get double eyelid surgery, but they said my eye-opening strength was weak and that opening up the upper area would make my eyes look more refreshed, so I added ptosis correction and upper canthoplasty. Since my first surgery was such a long time ago, honestly it’s a bit hard to compare the surgery process? between then and now, but one thing is certain: back then, I got surgery with barely anything that could even be called a consultation with the director...?? whereas this time I had a consultation with the director for several dozen minutes....?? I liked that the director honestly talked about basic things like the line, ptosis correction, where the canthoplasty would be done.... plus the possibility of other surgeries like a forehead lift~ It had been years since my double eyelids came undone, and before, when they were loosening, I rubbed my eyes hard and something made a snapping sound and felt like it broke…. This time I asked for an incisional method, and I emphasized that I wanted it natural, so the fixation line doesn’t bother me and I think the line came out well. I had a lot of regrets, wondering if it turned out like that during my first surgery because I was so flustered, so this time I checked everything point by point, and it’s definitely different. They say other people are full of worries after surgery, but for me it actually feels like old grime has been washed off.... My eyelashes weren’t growing either, and the feeling that a thread had snapped was shocking, so honestly I was just about to give up on eye revision surgery. But I think the result became a liiittle more complete because I communicated a lot with the director. So I hope everyone also goes somewhere that definitely gives very detailed consultations~ At first I was just like whatever, but it seemed to get better as time went on, so I think it’s also good to tell people around you and to really listen to acquaintances who say they’ll recommend you, like I did.
