This is not an ad discount! 100% paid by myself review Before surgery I’m the type who thinks you should shop around for the doctor, not the hospital. I visited 5 doctors in Sinsa/Sinnonhyeon who are famous for under-eye fat repositioning. Excluding 2 doctors famous for completely refusing under-eye fat grafting, the remaining 3 all said my eyes needed under-eye fat grafting. Even the 2 doctors who refuse under-eye fat grafting said that because I have little fat, the effect would not be dramatic. In the end, the doctor’s academic background and experience mattered a lot in my choice, and I liked that the doctor, staff, and overall hospital atmosphere were calm. Surgery day After arriving at the hospital, I had photos taken, consultation, changed clothes, etc., then waited. About 75 minutes after arriving, I got on the operating table, and after various preparations, about 15 minutes later the director came in. I fell asleep right away, and when I opened my eyes, 30 minutes of surgery had passed. After resting for 30 minutes, I went home. It took about 2 and a half hours in total. Right after surgery My lower eyelashes are curling toward my eyes and sticking to my eyes, which bothers me... They said this can’t be helped and will improve once the swelling goes down. Other than that, there are no major side effects yet (vision is fine, no bloody tears, etc.) I have a dull pain continuously, but it’s manageable. The area where fat was removed has no pain to the point that I wonder, huh, did they really remove it? It’s only been half a day, but there are fewer obvious signs of surgery than I expected, so I’m telling myself hopefully that after resting Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, going to work on Monday probably won’t be a big issue. I’ll know after removing the DuoDERM, though... The disappointing part is that they put DuoDERM on without wiping off the surgical design pen marks, so now anyone can tell I had surgery..? I remove it after 48 hours, but it’s awkward to go anywhere, so I’ll just wear a hat and mask thoroughly...
