I had cheekbone reduction, a short chin reduction, and square jaw reduction at the same time. It’s not really a square jaw, but I was told that if you reduce the chin length and do the square jaw at the same time, the face shape becomes prettier... But the middle part of the square jaw (the middle between the front chin and the back jaw) wasn’t shaved down much, so as you can see, an unwanted angle (a secondary angle) appeared. I also think the skin sagged a bit from the cheekbone surgery... I had liposuction once, but it didn’t work that well, so I’m planning to do it one more time. I want to have revision square jaw surgery to cut the middle part of the jaw more, but on the X-ray the nerve is close, so they said it might be difficult. How can I make it slimmer? Like before.... Would putting fat into the front of the face give it a bit more dimension and make it look better? I’d appreciate some advice. My face is on the larger side, so I’m worried it might look even bigger if I add fat.
