I was going to have nose surgery, but one doctor recommended paranasal augmentation, so I ended up getting paranasal augmentation even though I hadn’t been thinking about it. But I had focused only on the nose surgery, and my mistake was that I underestimated paranasal augmentation too much. After surgery, I was disappointed that my nose hadn’t changed much, but I decided to feel at ease, thinking ^^ it’s still better than my previous nose. Here, I’ll give you one tip that really comes from experience. If at a glance your mouth is obviously protruding to anyone, you shouldn’t get paranasal augmentation, and if at a glance your mouth is obviously normal to anyone, you’ll also suffer if you get paranasal augmentation. It should be for people who are between a protruding mouth and a normal mouth! That kind of person should do it. First of all, for people with a protruding mouth, 9 out of 10 become monkey-like. The mouth already protrudes and the lower face already looks large, and then something else gets inserted there, so it becomes orangutan-like. And people who were originally normal become like they have a collapsed, puckered mouth if they get paranasal augmentation. (This is exactly what I experienced.) I don’t have a protruding mouth, but at a glance my face was a bit flat, plain, and I didn’t like that, so I did it, and unexpectedly.. the change to my mouth was too severe. From the side, my face does look somewhat smaller. (That part is really nice, but,,, compared with that,,,, the front view is ha.) From the front, the mouth looks puckered in, the upper lip becomes quite small, and the whole mouth looks smaller. Because the lower face looks smaller, there is a face-slimming effect, but to aim for that, the other parts become far too unnatural. The exact thing that comes to mind is the face of a celebrity who got Botox wrong.. That expression is exactly right. Compared with the surgery being short and simple, this affects the overall impression more than the eyes and nose do. It is really not a surgery you can do lightly.
