I knew my original nose was slightly crooked, but the silicone gradually became more crooked, and now it’s so crooked that I’m planning revision surgery after 3 years. I thought the original crooked nose would need to be corrected during surgery so that even if silicone is inserted, it won’t become crooked, so I went for a consultation at ㄷㅇㅇㅊ in Busan. The estimate came out as revision rhinoplasty: ear cartilage + silicone + hump nose correction + osteotomy + rhinitis surgery (septum + inferior turbinate) + nasal valve reconstruction: expansion.
