Jaw and cheekbones - Part 3 (Day 20)

I originally have very little facial fat, so the swelling is going down rapidly. But my cheeks are plump, so the flesh is sagging under my chin, making my face look a bit long and making me look older. (I am in my mid-20s.) Maybe because I do not exercise, only use the computer, and sleep late, my dark circles are getting really severe. Maybe my cheeks look rounded, so my eyes look relatively more hollow, or maybe it is because I have headaches and get tired quickly even after doing just a little.. This must be what aftereffects are. The sideburn areas next to both ears are still swollen and bulging, so I still have not seen the effect of narrowing both sides of my face. For the jaw, I can really see that it has become slimmer. Even before surgery, I was not that concerned about my jaw, but after surgery, there definitely is a difference. But there is still no front-view effect. The 45-degree angle and side profile look prettier than before. If your face looks big because your jaw or cheekbones protrude, you would see results from surgery, but if you do it because you want your face to become smaller even though, like me, nothing protrudes much, I do not think it is that good.. I do not recommend it, really do not recommend it.. I went through horrible suffering like I barely survived, and poured in money I would have to save for a full year, but it is not really... Still, the hospital says it will become slimmer in two more months, so I have not given up hope. But since I have so little facial fat and most of the major swelling is already almost gone, I do not think there will be much difference now..
