Question about inflammation, implant removal, and refund. Please answer

I had already had inflammation in my nose, had the silicone removed, waited more than 6 months, and then had surgery again. The surgery was about 3 years ago, and not long after the surgery, inflammation occurred again. I received treatment for the inflammation, and the doctor said that when I had time, we should again remove scar tissue inside the nose and whatever else, and immediately do another revision surgery. Given my schedule and circumstances, having surgery again right away made no sense, so I lived with it, receiving emergency treatment whenever my nose swelled again and became serious. After spending about 2 more years like that, I had removal surgery about 4 months ago. The doctor still recommended revision surgery and said he would do it right away for free. Even to my eyes it was obvious it would recur, so I only had the removal done. Even after removal, my nose swelled and I suffered. Compared with other people, I went to the hospital more than twice as often every day, got two or three injections, and I think I took medication for nearly a month. I was so mentally exhausted that I didn’t even have the capacity to ask about a refund. At the time of surgery, I did it together with other procedures and received a large discount through a referral, but it was a revision surgery and the surgical fee was somewhat expensive at that place, so I don’t think the refund amount would be small either. If I request a refund, how do you think they will respond? Right now, I have had revision surgery elsewhere using only autologous tissue. I still have tape on my nose, but thinking about it, I wondered if I might be able to request a refund from that previous place and receive at least part of it, so I’m asking.
