Can inflammation happen even with autologous tissue~? The process of my fifth surgery...

I’m the person who just posted asking about a refund earlier. I’m on day 4 after my nose surgery today. I went to the hospital yesterday, and they said there were signs of inflammation and that something like discharge had come out. This was my 5th surgery, and after removing the silicone and waiting 4 months, I used only my septum as autologous tissue, with the goal of lowering the contracted nose using septal cartilage and using the remaining septum only at the glabella, so I really did use only autologous septal tissue. They said it’s not definite yet, so not to worry too much, but I’m already anxious hearing that symptoms appeared this soon. The years of pain caused by my nose have been so long, I thought this would be the last time, so I had it done for reconstruction without any big greed or expectations. I’ve heard that sometimes inflammation can happen even with your own tissue, Since it’s not a foreign body, if it is inflammation, could it be fixed with treatment alone? *If anyone knows, please reply.* I think I once read on the website of a hospital that used autologous tissue that the chance of inflammation is very low, and even if it happens, treatment is possible. I also read painful posts saying they would lift the nose again and wash it out and such, but anyway I want to hear some definite answer that it can be fully cured. I’m wearing a nasal bandage right now, but I don’t think it’s swollen much or hurting a lot yet, and I don’t notice any smell either.. I know that sour pus smell because I’ve experienced it before. But since it’s the same area, it seems my skin tissue must have been damaged a lot. For my first surgery, they used Gore-Tex and AlloDerm, and the tip of my nose drooped and developed irregularities, so about a year later I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. During that surgery I vaguely heard the doctor saying to give him the leftover Gore-Tex scraps, but it was the first time I’d ever heard of that, so when I asked later, he gave me a ridiculous explanation that because there wasn’t enough cartilage, he put in the Gore-Tex scraps that had been taken out before. In the end, starting from the spot filled with that Gore-Tex, all kinds of scar tissue and inflammation began (my nose has kept getting inflammation at that spot to this day ㅜ,ㅡ). I was ignorant and young, so I trusted only that doctor and handed my nose over again, and the inflammation repeated again ㅠ,ㅠ If back then someone had only told me, “After inflammation, you need to wait more than 6 months before a revision surgery,” I would have waited without being impatient and without even resenting anyone. I kept blaming and resenting myself for not looking into it properly and for handing myself over to revision surgery again so easily and confidently as he recommended, and only after experiencing silicone coming through later did I look into it all over the place, have it removed right away, and make a huge scene at that hospital to get compensation. But that small amount of money, just the surgery fee plus a little consolation money (I went with my older sister, and at first they said they would only return the surgery fee, but I was so, so wronged that I fought with them almost while bringing a grown man along, because they had also used my before-and-after photos without permission for leaflet advertising with my eyes covered), was nowhere near enough to make up for the precious time in my early twenties that I could never trade for billions, the time I lost to pain and a nose ruined beyond repair, the things I wanted to do that I had to give up on, and all the chances I had to watch helplessly while crying. My life, which had been proud and passionate in its own way, became paranoia, social anxiety, and zero self-confidence. What I later found out was that that hospital used to do some kind of nasal-illusion surgery and lure people in with photos, and even now they still make money by charging expensive surgical fees. I heard that even people who got botched surgery rarely got their money back. I also vaguely remember that the doctor smelled like cigarettes when he operated. It was a hospital known for being crooked, and I heard quite a few people had had their lives ruined there. Years ago, when I was consulting at other places after going to that hospital, I feel awkward even bringing this up, but I heard that they operated on the nose of a late singer, four times over several months, and made it look like Michael Jackson’s. Apparently, because they were desperate to keep working, when that singer came looking for him, the doctor said he couldn’t do the surgery. Later, when I saw that late singer, it didn’t feel like someone else’s problem, and I remember feeling so, so heartbroken because it seemed the responsibility from that doctor was quite great. If that doctor had feelings, how must he have felt back then? I’m suddenly curious. That singer also seemed very sensitive, and as a celebrity had been exposed, and apparently had a hard time because of malicious comments from some very young people, but it seems the cause was that nose surgery, Even for me, from then until now, whenever I go out or meet people, I felt like everyone was only looking at my nose and criticizing it.. When I saw that singer’s contact information written in the hospital manager’s notebook, I thought, ah, they ruined her here, no wonder it looks similar to my nose. I cried, quit the work I was doing, and even avoided my friends while living like that. I blamed Heaven for giving me such trials and blamed myself too, and even thought I didn’t want to live, but later I emptied my mind and thought, if I endure these times well... is there some reason, am I being punished? If this is the price for my sins, then I’ll pay it. So I steeled myself and just met friends one by one and even relatives, and lived on after being branded as the one who greedily got cosmetic surgery and had it go wrong. Enough time passed that I could laugh off the relatives’ harsh remarks like, “Why did you touch it and suffer? Your original face was pretty.” Then after waiting a long time, I had my fourth surgery. First, the lifted part came down well, so that was good. But I used silicone and Medpor, those scary materials, again without fear, so naturally inflammation came back not long after. (But why do doctors offer to operate again immediately even though I didn’t beg them to? Of course, maybe because they know I work in a field related to appearance and that it affects my work, and maybe they’re being considerate, but this hospital is also known for a meticulous director, yet they said they would operate again right away, so I just had it removed and waited. That’s why I posted my previous question asking whether I could get a refund for this hospital’s surgery fee... I still haven’t gotten an answer ^^;; I was worried that the time that had passed would make it my responsibility, so I couldn’t bring it up easily.) I beg you, if you’ve ever had inflammation once, please don’t reuse that same material in a revision surgery if you can help it.. I’m only now realizing it, and I don’t want to use even costal cartilage and such, and I don’t want an artificial nose surgery either. I actually just wanted to go back to my original nose, so I used a septal extension procedure, and thankfully I hadn’t used my septum yet, and they said there was enough of it and it was sturdy. I tried to wait the full 6 months, but after several consultations I was told it would be okay even at fairly famous hospitals, and I was hoping this would be the last time. After surgery, while still on the operating table, my first words to the doctor were, “This will be my last time, right?” The doctor laughed and said, “It should be. It will be.” He said that... But yesterday when I went to the hospital, the doctor said that inflammation coming on in just 3 days was something even he had never seen before, and that it usually appears after about a week. Is that right? If so, then this shouldn’t be some other reaction that isn’t inflammation.. What kind of huge greed was I even showing that I’ve suffered from pain ever since my second surgery. No, fine, I admit it. I was greedy. Seeing other people get pretty results so easily, I wanted to be prettier too, and I was greedy. In the end, what I got was a worse result and pain... I don’t even want to think about those unspoken years of pain. It feels like I spent most of my twenties, over 5 years, suffering because of my nose. I really was foolish, and I’m embarrassed to even talk about it anywhere. I can’t blame anyone else: my own choice, my wrong choice of hospital, my ignorance, the years I wasted, the financial loss, the mental suffering... I just wanted this to end here... I had hidden away almost like a recluse because of my nose, and there were so many things I didn’t get to do. I had resolved that if my nose could just become normal this time, I would really work hard and live diligently... I wanted to spend the rest of my twenties without any regrets.. I still want to try doing more of what I want to do, so when I meet people, and they ask what on earth I was doing all this time instead of working properly, I just laugh and think to myself about the pain caused by my nose. Even so, it’s not something I can easily tell just anyone.. Still, I’ve endured this far, and I tell myself there can’t be anything worse than what I’ve already been through. I think I’ll know something definite when I go to the hospital on Monday, and if nothing’s wrong that would be best, but if not, I have to do my best to get treatment. Because the people around me have worried so much, I still haven’t said anything, and I only briefly texted a close friend earlier and have been suffering alone.. Of course I can’t help worrying ㅜ,ㅠ At first the hospital just prescribed medicine without any antibiotic injection, but yesterday they gave me an injection. If a problem comes up, it would probably be better to go to an ENT clinic separately for treatment, right? If anyone knows, I’d appreciate a private message. I really want to escape the pain of my nose and live diligently. Thank you for reading this long post, and everyone, please be careful. I myself couldn’t imagine that inflammation, which I thought would happen to someone else, would happen to me, and that the aftereffects would last this long.. But considering that the nose pain has lasted three days already, it seems almost normal, so please, please, I hope nothing serious happens. Once again, I’m making a promise with myself. I was so stressed earlier that I almost binge ate? I got even more miserable because of it lol Aww~ diet for life, right^^ I hope everyone becomes slim and pretty, and please be careful with overly aggressive surgeries. Then have a good Sunday. If you leave advice, references, or other replies, I think it would help me a lot*^^*
