This is the front view. You probably can’t tell I had surgery, right? (choked up) The front view looks similar to before surgery, so I’m really upset.(sobbing~) The side view got prettier, but the front view looks like that. I regret that I should have had osteotomy... Other people who had surgery with costal cartilage have noses that are really defined and high, but mine is on the natural side, so I feel a bit disappointed. Revision surgery... should I think about it? Materials: costal cartilage + silicone + AlloDerm
