If you have surgery with Gore-Tex, because it tends to become a bit lower, do they set it a bit high during the first surgery? For those who had nose surgery with Gore-Tex, please answer carefully. Are there people who had it become much lower after surgery and then had revision surgery with silicone, or anything like that? This is a question that so many people are really curious about.. Please answer plz:)
