Anyone who had costal cartilage removed

Even before, my nose was on the pretty side. People at clinics would even ask if I had already had nose surgery. But I didn’t like that the tip was a little round, so I had only the tip done with ear cartilage to reduce volume. Up until then, I was completely satisfied. But after about 3 years, the tip started to droop and the bridge between the eyes became longer.. Even though they said it was still natural and fine.. I got stuck on that old surgery and had another operation 10 days ago. But it’s really so hard. It feels like a stone, literally. My old ear cartilage softened over time and felt like part of my nose, but this one doesn’t seem like it will.. or that’s what people say too~ it’s really like a rock Even if I have a runny nose, I don’t want to touch it! So every day is really hard. Everyone says it’s just swelling.. that it’ll be pretty once the swelling goes down.. but won’t this hardness go away? Silicone seems to have too many side effects too.. Silicone can just be removed, but.. If I remove the costal cartilage, will deformity happen? Even if it doesn’t go back to my old nose... will it become even more blunt and weird? I’m getting married in October too... At this rate I feel like the engagement will be called off
