My nostrils were originally pretty big and my nose was a bit upturned, and this time I had surgery with Gore-Tex on the upper part and septal cartilage on the lower part. It's day 3 now, and somehow after the surgery it seems even more upturned. Before, the nostril shape was broad to the sides, but as the nose was lifted it seems the shape got longer upward a bit, though it still seems big. Will the upturned look go down and the nostrils get smaller once the swelling goes away later?> I'm so so worried Please answer me ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Oh, and my friend said that during nose surgery the stitches are inside, so you can't see them when the tape is removed, but I have stitches on the columella. Is this the normal way to do it? The director doctor said he would lower the nose a bit during surgery, is that why it's like this?!
