I had double eyelid surgery with medial epicanthoplasty and something like the buried suture method.. I like everything else, but you can see that upper eyelid fullness above the double eyelid, right..? Do they usually not do fat removal when doing double eyelid surgery? I’m upset.. My upper eyelid fullness was already pretty bad.. Since they didn’t remove the fat... sigh
