It has been 3 weeks since surgery and I’ve been continuing to massage, but it’s soft only when I massage and then becomes hard again.. Is that normal? How long does this last? And I feel more tightness on just one side. Will it keep being like this... If I massage diligently, does everything return to normal... How much time has to pass while continuing massage before I can keep having a soft, squishy feel? Massage is really hard. My hands hurt so much. Those who have done massage or are currently doing it, please tell me.
