Surgery for Sagging Breasts

I had surgery a month ago, on August 7. During the exam, they found one small lump, but the test results showed there was no problem, so I eventually went ahead with the surgery. It wasn’t a particularly different surgery just because they were sagging breasts; it was just a surgery to insert cohesive gel implants and lift them. After having a child, I had breast skin, but all the volume had disappeared, so the idea was to fill the volume. After the surgery... I thought I was going to die. It was so, so hard. Even though I’ve given birth and had other surgeries, this was really difficult... The most painful and difficult thing was childbirth, and the second was breast surgery. It hurt, and the operated area was compressed so tightly that I couldn’t breathe, and I felt like my breasts were going to burst. One minute felt like an hour. I’d think an hour had passed and look at the clock, but only 5 or 6 minutes had gone by... I took painkillers and basically slept for three days. (I couldn’t even lie down, so I slept in broken stretches of about one or two hours.) Anyway, a month has passed and there’s no pain now... but doubt is washing over me. My breasts feel hard. -_- When I lie flat on my back and touch them, they feel like rocks. When I lie on my side and touch them, I can feel a slightly wrinkly implant-pack texture... When I’m standing or sitting, they’re soft enough for me to be satisfied. I originally had a fair amount of breast tissue. Before surgery, when standing, they were only a bit saggy and there wasn’t much of a problem. The problem was that when I lay down, they spread out completely and became like a man’s chest with no flesh at all. After giving birth, my areolas also got bigger, and when I lay down they became a flat male-looking chest, so even to me they looked unattractive and unsightly. When lying on my side or face down, the line was like an old woman’s breasts... like an empty sack sagging down. As a woman, I felt despair... So I hoped the shape when lying down would improve to some extent... but when I lie down, they’re hard. Maybe because my breast tissue is thin, I can feel the implants directly. I used 250 cc textured cohesive gel implants. I haven’t had massage yet. They said textured types usually aren’t massaged, but at the hospital they said they would start light massage next week, at one month and one week post-op. From what I read, massage is originally done when surgery is performed with smooth implants, to secure the breast pocket, and it doesn’t help much with improving the feel... maybe that’s why I don’t have much hope. I just wrote this as a bit of venting. Honestly, even though other people said theirs felt tight or firm, I thought they would still be somewhat soft. I didn’t know they would feel like rocks. I wasn’t alone before, but I am now, and I even got breast surgery with the hope that I might meet someone good later... but like this, I don’t think I’ll be able to let anyone touch them. ㅠㅠ ...I’m really going crazy. ㅠㅠ After spending such a huge amount of money and enduring terrible pain, this is what I got... Are other people who used textured cohesive gel implants like this too? Or is it because my breast tissue is too thin... Is there any hope that massage will make it even a little better? The hospital where I had surgery is, at least in my opinion, quite good for breast plastic surgery in Korea. The surgery fee was also 500,000 to 1,000,000 won more expensive than other hospitals. The director has also published many papers... It’s not capsular contracture, and the surgery itself doesn’t seem to have any particular problem... I’m starting to think maybe it ultimately comes down to my own tissue quality and the limitations of the textured type. (During the consultation, they said sagging breasts should be operated on with a textured type. I could choose between cohesive gel and saline, though...) It’s a night where I keep wondering whether I would really have had the surgery if I’d known they would be this hard when lying down. I feel so unsettled. ㅠㅠ
