It’s been over three months since my nose surgery (please reply)

It’s been over 3 months since I had osteotomy and only raised my nasal tip with septal cartilage. But from the front, my nose looks no different from before. It has changed, but maybe because the front view still looks blunt, people don’t realize at all that I had surgery! Since the surgery, not a single person has asked me if I had surgery. When I asked a friend if anything about me looked different, they said they didn’t know, so when I said I had my nose done, only then they said, Ah, maybe it does look a bit different. That’s about it. Even to me, my side profile is different, maybe because the nasal hump was shaved down a bit, but from the front, it really looks no different from before surgery So I went to the clinic and got a swelling injection. The doctor looked at it too and said it is a bit blunt, like that- They told me to come back in 2 weeks and get another one after they check it, but if there still isn’t much difference, will the clinic where I had surgery provide an after-service revision? And I heard people usually don’t get revision surgery at the same clinic.. The clinic where I had surgery specializes in revision surgery, and since I’m also a student, it would be difficult for me to pay a large amount again somewhere else.. Has anyone had revision surgery at the same clinic because they were dissatisfied? If so, I’m curious whether they charged extra. And how satisfied were you.. Actually it would be faster to ask the clinic, but I’m still getting swelling injections, and I feel embarrassed for no reason, so it’s hard to ask.
