My nose is very small and low, so I had nose surgery. During the first surgery, my nose became a little crooked, so I had revision surgery too. But as time passes, the silicone and the cartilage inserted at the tip of my nose have started to separate more and more. People around me keep saying my nose is getting strange, and I’m really worried. Is this normal?? From the side, the tip of my nose looks like it’s sagging.. Do I have to get revision surgery again??? If I do, what kind of surgery method should I choose? For reference, I had silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip... And there’s one more thing I want to ask. Since the nose surgery, my skin has become really strange. I’ve gotten a lot of tiny acne around my nose, and sebum has appeared too. I never had acne before... can my skin get weird because of nose surgery??
