My old double-eyelid surgery line is still very clearly set, but the eyes are uneven, so I’m looking into revision double-eyelid surgery because I want to redo it. But every place I consulted said they leave the previous double-eyelid surgery sutures as they are… My eyes haven’t come undone, and the line itself was corrected well, so I’m wondering… is it really okay to leave that and fix it again with sutures..?
쩨리리리리 You mean buried sutures, not stitch threads, right??? For buried-suture -> buried-suture revision, I think there are many cases where they don’t necessarily remove the thread??

When I ask, they say it’s been years, every doctor has a different method, and it’s hard to find the thread; if they dig around trying to find it, it can get worse, so they just leave it alone.. But I’m still curious whether the line comes out well even if they leave it alone..
