I was informed that if I cancel during Chuseok, the deposit won't be refunded. But if I was informed, that means I can't get it back, right,,? It's not a huge amount, but it is 200,000 won. Can I not even get half back?

익명 It’ll probably be hard to get it back I did see a recent post on the popular posts saying they got it refunded, so check it out I understand that even if the Consumer Agency standards are recommendations, they’re treated as the standard in dispute situations..

웨일스12 They told me they can't give it back either. The Consumer Agency recommended that they pay it, but they said it’s not legally enforceable, so they can’t give it back So I additionally applied for damage relief !!!
