It's been..I'm entering week 3~4 after nose surgery..^^ I had surgery using costal cartilage.. Can the nasal tip be shaved down lower..or something like that,...? Or do I have to have it removed.. Right now......... the swelling has also mostly gone down.. Every time people see me, they say my nose..is too high.. so I keep getting stressed..; Everyone here said that as time passes, the nose gradually gets lower.. Um..not the nasal bridge, but does the nasal tip also get lower?? I'm curious whether it gets lower even with costal cartilage.. Right now it's really..like Pinocchio.. Please help me........
