Two years after my first rhinoplasty, I had the silicone removed because of inflammation such as pus and swelling, but even after that, pus kept accumulating, so I struggled for a long time and eventually had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. At the time, the doctor said that if the nasal bridge was raised too much, it would irritate the skin and there would be a very high chance of inflammation recurring, so they absolutely could not make it high, and I had surgery according to the director’s advice. Even now, 10 years later, I’m doing well without inflammation, but I don’t like my side profile, so I’m looking into revision surgery again. I’m simply grateful that they helped me live well for 10 years without worrying about side effects haha
