They clearly told me that functional surgery was unnecessary. I have a hump nose, but they said osteotomy probably wasn’t necessary either. For the nasal tip, they recommended columella lowering + septal cartilage for the nasal tip, hump shaving + 1 mm at the glabella. They drew a nose diagram while explaining the condition of my nose in detail and kindly, and it did seem like they recommended only what was necessary. However, I kept worrying about raising the glabella by 1 mm, so I did not do it here.
