About 10 years ago, after getting rhinoplasty once in Busan, as time passed, it felt like my nasal tip was drooping more and more, and my bulbous nose also wasn’t corrected well, so I ultimately decided to do it at a hospital specializing in revision surgery,.. I went all the way to Seoul and got revision rhinoplasty.. I used silicone and autologous costal cartilage. They corrected the columella and even the drooping nasal tip, and neatly supported it with autologous costal cartilage.. Honestly, going back and forth from Busan to Seoul was burdensome and cost so much money.. so I wondered if I should just get the revision in Busan too, but after surgery, I understand why people go out of their way.. to take the train from Busan to Seoul to get surgery.. I really felt it properly after this revision surgery.. And even in Seoul, I chose Miho Plastic Surgery, which is really famous for noses, and I had surgery with Director Yoon Jung-won. Maybe because of that, I really do think there is a clear quality difference between Busan and Seoul in both hospitals and surgery lol Anyway, these days a lot of the swelling has gone down, so it has become really much more natural, and people around me all say my nose is so pretty. Friends who have seen me say they really want surgery too.. and that they’re going to Seoul to shop around for consultations too lololol That’s how much I get tons of compliments every time they see it, so I feel really good,, And maybe because they knew I came from Busan, or maybe Miho originally pays a lot of attention to aftercare, every time I went, they took very good care of the aftercare, checked my progress in person, and whenever I had questions and messaged them on KakaoTalk, they replied quickly. Overall, communication with the hospital was good, so I think it was a very satisfying surgery.. Recovery was also much faster than my first surgery,, (I think it’s true that if you get surgery from a skilled director, you don’t have much swelling or pain) Anyway, seriously.. I kept saying over and over that I wanted a naturally glamorous nose, and it came out exactly how I wanted.. I’m so grateful to the director.. Director Yoon said the residual swelling still needs to go down more, but honestly I’m already super, super satisfied as is,, Thank you,, Director..
