<Current nose><Current nose ><Desired nose><Desired nose>My first surgery was on my nose! It definitely did get better than my natural nose, but the nasal tip droops too much, and honestly, at the time of my first surgery, I don’t think I knew exactly what kind of nose I wanted, so I think I just asked them to make it look natural… I’m thinking about revision surgery, and I’m also planning to get fat grafting or filler for my forehead. I honestly really want a nose revision, but I’m also scared Especially, I’m really scared of silicone, and I’m not greedy about the nasal bridge, so I just want to make the columella and nasal tip a bit prettier with autologous costal cartilage. What do you think?? I wish my nose could become like this I really don’t like my current nasal tip, columella, and nasolabial angle. It’s so natural that nobody knows I had it done I want the nasal tip to be slightly rounded, right before the point where it would look semi-dramatic but still natural. I’m already thinking I’ll use autologous costal cartilage to do this, but would I need to use silicone too??
익명 The skin thickness and the shape of the alar wings themselves are very different from the noses in the photos you want, so I don’t think it’ll be easy to get that slim, narrow-angled, curved nasal tip.. To make it like that, you’d have to raise and project it really dramatically and aggressively for it to look even somewhat similar. Also, considering your alar wings and the fact that your skin doesn’t look thin, I think there will be limits no matter how well it’s refined, especially the alar wings.
오캐 [@] Right My skin is on the thicker side I want a straight-to-slightly-curved profile with this kind of feel, not too dramatic but semi-dramatic and natural. Would that be difficult… Even with autologous costal cartilage??
라즈아 Have you decided where you’ll do it?? I’m asking because there’s a clinic on my consultation list that overlaps with the list I made, so I’m curious! (ㅇㄴㄷ)
