I had silicone used for the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip they used dermis harvested from my buttock!! But it has been roughly 3 hours since the surgery ended now... and my nose and buttock hurt less than I expected! Is it because the anesthesia hasn't fully worn off yet? My face isn't that severely swollen either.. but I guess I need to be careful from now on! I hope it turned out pretty, uing-ing Oh right, I went in with local anesthesia for the surgery... aside from the pain of the anesthesia, the sounds were so, so scary... It even felt like blood was pouring out! Anyway, if I ever have revision surgery... I think I would hesitate a lot! The tension during surgery is no joke, even more than the pain after surgery!
